Voiaro is a concierge, not a chatbot. It researches and drafts freely, but nothing leaves — and no money moves — without you. Here is exactly how that works, and what we will never do.
How approvals work
Every message to a venue starts as a draft. You review the day's batch and approve it with one tap — or edit it first, or send it yourself. Nothing is sent on your behalf until you say so.
Under the hood, each approval mints a single-use, time-limited token bound to the exact content you approved. If the content changes, the token is void. No token, no send — this is enforced in our systems, not just promised in copy.
What Voiaro never does
- Never sends a message without your explicit approval.
- Never sees or stores card numbers. Deposits are always completed by you, on the venue's own secure link.
- Never uses your data to train or fine-tune AI models. Personalization is retrieval-based — your profile informs suggestions, it never becomes model weights.
- Never messages a venue first from our numbers. The very first WhatsApp contact is a message you send yourself; our venue line only receives.
What we read
Only the booking confirmations you forward to us, plus your calendar's free/busy availability if you choose to connect it. Nothing else in your inbox — we can't read what you don't forward.
Security & data protection
Your data is hosted in the European Union. Raw forwarded emails are automatically deleted 30 days after we receive them; we keep only the structured travel details you'd expect on your profile.
Dietary and accessibility details are treated as special-category data under GDPR. They're stored encrypted, used only to filter suggestions, and the AI is never allowed to guess or infer them — you declare them, with explicit consent, or they don't exist in the system.
Personal data never enters our global venue knowledge base. What we learn about a restaurant stays about the restaurant.
Your control
Every fact we hold about your taste carries its source, an inline edit, and a delete control. You can pause learning at any time, export everything in a readable format, or delete your whole profile in a couple of clicks. It's your trip, and your data.
