The agreement between you and Voiaro. We've kept it short and readable.
The service
Voiaro is a travel concierge that plans trips, drafts reservation messages, and — only on your approval — sends them, tracks replies, and guards cancellation deadlines. It's an AI-assisted service that works under strict rules: it can research and draft freely, but nothing is sent, and no payment is made, without you.
Your account
You need an account to use Voiaro. Keep your details accurate and your access secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.
Approvals and sending
You authorize each message that goes out. When you approve or edit a draft, you're responsible for its content. Voiaro will never send on your behalf without that approval, and deposits are always completed by you directly with the venue.
Payments
Your subscription is billed through Stripe. Venue deposits and payments are made by you, on the venue's own secure link — Voiaro never handles card data. Prices and plans are shown at checkout; founding pricing, where offered, is locked as described at purchase.
Acceptable use
Use Voiaro for your own genuine travel. Don't use it to spam venues, misrepresent who you are, or break the law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or its venue relationships.
Availability isn't guaranteed
We execute diligently — we write to venues in their language, verify delivery, and chase replies — but venues decide their own availability. We can't guarantee any specific table, room, or time.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel anytime. Our refund guarantee is set out in full on the refund page, and it's the whole policy — there's no fine print.
Liability
Voiaro is provided with care but without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for venues' acts, for availability, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll tell you about material changes, and continued use means you accept the update.
