The guarantee
Full refund within 14 days or until your first approved message is sent — whichever comes first. Cancel anytime in two clicks. Monthly plans can pause between trips.
How to cancel
Cancel from your profile's subscription section in two clicks — no email, no waiting on support. Monthly plans can also be paused between trips, so you're not paying while you're not travelling; your profile and history stay intact.
How refunds are issued
Eligible refunds are returned through Stripe to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank, but the refund leaves us immediately once approved.
About venue deposits
Any deposit or card guarantee you give a venue is paid by you, directly to the venue, and follows that venue's own cancellation policy — which we always flag before you approve. It's separate from your Voiaro subscription and isn't covered by this guarantee.
