This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you keep over it. Plain language first; the law we follow is the EU GDPR.
What we collect
- Account details: your email, name, language, and home airport.
- Booking confirmations you forward to us, and the structured travel history we extract from them.
- Taste signals: what you swipe, edit, approve, and tell us — used to personalize your plans.
- Calendar free/busy availability, only if you connect your calendar.
- Your WhatsApp number, only if you link it for approvals and in-trip help.
- Payment status from Stripe. We never receive your card details.
How we use it
To plan your trips, draft and execute reservations on your approval, guard your deadlines, and personalize suggestions to your taste. Personalization is retrieval-based — we never fine-tune or train AI models on your data.
How long we keep it
Raw forwarded emails are deleted 30 days after receipt. Your profile is kept while your account is active so your concierge keeps improving; you can edit or delete any part of it, or your whole account, at any time.
Who we share it with
Venues receive only what a reservation needs — typically your first name, party size, and a time window. Payments are processed by Stripe; no card data touches our systems. We use processors (hosting, email, messaging) under data-processing agreements, EU-hosted where possible. We never sell your data.
Where it's hosted
In the European Union, with encryption in transit and at rest and row-level access controls so your data is only ever readable as you.
Sensitive data
Dietary and accessibility details can reveal health or religion. We collect them only with your explicit, separate consent, store them encrypted, use them solely to filter suggestions, and never let the AI infer them.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can access, correct, export, or erase your data, object to or restrict processing, and pause profile learning — all from your profile page, or by emailing us. We honor requests promptly.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cookie choice. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
