Your Paris — handled.
Paris hides its best tables behind a phone call in French and a book that opens weeks out, and puts its greatest museums behind timed entries that sell through by mid-morning. Voiaro handles the parts that reward planning: the bistros and the starred rooms, written to in French with the formal address; the Louvre, the Orsay, and Versailles booked for slots that fit your day; the wine caves and the little places that don't take walk-ins. We plan around long lunches and later dinners, thread in a Champagne day or a Left Bank afternoon, and you approve each day with a tap. Some kitchens prepay or hold a card — when they do, you pay on their link and we simply flag it. We chase the silences and guard every deadline. You get Paris without the logistics tax.

A sample three days
Illustrative shape, not a booked plan — your real itinerary is built from your taste and what's actually open. We never present a draft as a reservation.
- Day 1
Day 1 — Left Bank and a bistro
Saint-Germain and the river in the afternoon, a wine bar at dusk, and a neighbourhood bistro booked for a classic first dinner.
- Day 2
Day 2 — Museums without the line
A timed entry to the Louvre or the Orsay, a long lunch between galleries, and an evening kept easy.
- Day 3
Day 3 — Versailles or Champagne
A day out of the city — palace and gardens, or a house in Champagne — with entries and a driver arranged in advance.
Seasonal notes
Spring and autumn are the postcard seasons — mild, elegant, and busy enough to need bookings. Summer is warm and lighter on locals, and some restaurants close for a few weeks in August; we check before we promise. The fashion weeks in spring and autumn tighten availability sharply. Winter is cosy and the best value, with the museums at their calmest and tables easier to get.
Good to know
Can you book the well-known and starred restaurants?
We try, in French and as early as your dates allow, and we are honest when a book is full. Some kitchens prepay or hold a card; you complete that on their link, never with us.
Do the big museums really need timed tickets?
Yes — the Louvre, Orsay, and Versailles sell timed slots that go by mid-morning in season. We book times that fit your route so you walk straight in.
Can you arrange a Champagne or Versailles day?
Yes. We enquire with houses, guides, and drivers, send you the terms, and you approve before anything is committed.
What about prepayment at high-end tables?
When a restaurant prepays or takes a deposit, the payment is always yours to complete on their secure link. We prepare and flag it; we never handle cards.
Ready when you are.
Tell us the dates, the people, and the mood. We plan it, write to every venue, and guard every deadline. You do one thing: approve.
Voiaro drafts and executes; you approve every message and pay every deposit yourself, on the venue's own link. This page describes what we do in Paris — it isn't a reservation.
