Your Ibiza & the Balearics — handled.

Ibiza rewards the people who booked in February. The best beach clubs, the sunset tables, the day boats — they fill months out, and in August a walk-in is a nice fantasy. Voiaro works the other way round: we plan the days around your pace, write to every venue in Spanish or Catalan, and don't call it done until someone replies. Add Formentera's sandbanks, Mallorca's Tramuntana, and Menorca's quieter coves and you have four islands with very different rhythms — party, family, hiking, calm — that we tune to yours. You approve each day's messages with one tap; we chase the silences, flag every deposit before you pay it, and guard the cancellation deadlines so a change of plan never costs you. You decide where the night goes. We handle getting you in.

What we execute here

  • Restaurant and beach-club reservations, in Spanish or Catalan
  • Day-boat and small-charter enquiries, with terms sent back before you commit
  • Sunset dinner tables where the timing is the whole point
  • Private chef and villa-catering requests
  • Spa, padel, and wellness bookings
  • Airport and port transfers, plus inter-island logistics
  • Deposit terms flagged first; you always pay the venue directly

A sample three days

Illustrative shape, not a booked plan — your real itinerary is built from your taste and what's actually open. We never present a draft as a reservation.

  1. Day 1

Day 1 — Land, settle, sunset

Arrival transfer, an easy first dinner near your base, and a west-coast table timed for the light. Nothing that needs a 6am alarm.

  2. Day 2

Day 2 — Water and a long lunch

A day on the water or a beach-club afternoon, then a slow late lunch. Any boat deposit is stated and settled before you go.

  3. Day 3

Day 3 — Old town, then a proper dinner

Dalt Vila in the cooler hours, a little shopping, and a dinner worth dressing for — confirmed and in your calendar.

Seasonal notes

July and August are peak: top venues want deposits and book out weeks ahead, so the earlier we write, the better your options. June and September keep the warm sea with far more room to move — our favourite window. May and October are calm and value-friendly, though some beach clubs and boats wind down. Winter is quiet and local, with reduced hours and a slower, more Ibicenco island.

Good to know

How far ahead should we book beach clubs and boats?

For July and August, weeks ahead — the best ones sell out and most ask for a deposit. Tell us your dates early and we write while there's still availability, then flag every deposit before you pay it yourself.

Can you handle more than one island?

Yes. We plan across Ibiza, Formentera, Mallorca, and Menorca, including ferry timing and transfers, and keep each day's reservations on the right island.

Do you write to venues in Spanish?

We write in Spanish or Catalan as appropriate, and translate every reply back into your language with the original attached.

What about deposits at clubs and for charters?

You pay them, always, on the venue's own secure link. We prepare the request, state the terms up front, and never touch card details.

Ready when you are.

Tell us the dates, the people, and the mood. We plan it, write to every venue, and guard every deadline. You do one thing: approve.

Voiaro drafts and executes; you approve every message and pay every deposit yourself, on the venue's own link. This page describes what we do in Ibiza & the Balearics — it isn't a reservation.
