Your Croatian coast — handled.
The Dalmatian coast is a string of walled old towns and islands, and the good version of it is a boat, a konoba, and a schedule that lets the sea set the pace. Dubrovnik and Split anchor the ends; Hvar, Korčula, and the quieter islands fill the middle; and the difference between a great week and a frustrating one is usually the boat days and the ferry timing. Voiaro plans the whole run: konoba dinners booked in Croatian, a boat or two for the islands and the blue caves, wine on the Pelješac peninsula, transfers and ferries timed so a travel day still has an evening in it. You approve each day with a tap; we chase the venues that go quiet, flag deposits before you pay them, and guard cancellation deadlines. You watch the coast go by. We keep the days joined up.

A sample three days
Illustrative shape, not a booked plan — your real itinerary is built from your taste and what's actually open. We never present a draft as a reservation.
- Day 1
Day 1 — Old town evening
The walls and lanes of Dubrovnik or Split in the cooler hours, then a konoba dinner booked for local time and local food.
- Day 2
Day 2 — Islands by boat
A boat to the nearer islands and swim spots, a harbour lunch, any deposit stated and settled before you set off.
- Day 3
Day 3 — Wine or beach
A tasting on the Pelješac peninsula or a slow beach day, with transfers arranged so nothing feels rushed.
Seasonal notes
June and September are the coast at its best — warm sea, long light, and space to move. July and August are peak: Dubrovnik and Hvar are busy, boats and tables book ahead, and ferries run full, so plan early. May and October are calm shoulder months with lovely weather and easy bookings. In winter the coast is very quiet, with many island venues closed until spring; we tell you what's open for your dates.
Good to know
Can you handle island hopping?
Yes. We time ferries and private boats so each crossing still leaves you a good evening, and keep your reservations on the right island for the right night.
Are konoba tables hard to get?
The well-known ones book up in summer, especially on the islands. We reserve ahead in Croatian and confirm before you approve.
Can you arrange a wine day on Pelješac or Korčula?
We enquire with the cellars, arrange a driver or a boat, and send you the terms so you approve before anything is booked.
Do boat days need deposits?
Private charters usually do. You pay on the operator's own link; we prepare the request, flag the terms, and never touch cards.
Ready when you are.
Tell us the dates, the people, and the mood. We plan it, write to every venue, and guard every deadline. You do one thing: approve.
Voiaro drafts and executes; you approve every message and pay every deposit yourself, on the venue's own link. This page describes what we do in Croatian Coast — it isn't a reservation.
