Your Alps — handled.

The Alps span four countries and two very different seasons, and the good version of either is booked ahead. In winter that means ski school and mountain guides, lift logistics, and the on-mountain lunch that has three tables left by nine in the morning. In summer it means hut dinners at altitude, lake afternoons, and the trailheads worth timing. Voiaro plans across France, Switzerland, Austria, and the Italian Dolomites, writing to venues in French, German, or Italian as the valley requires. We reserve the refuges and the restaurants, arrange chalet catering or a private chef, thread the transfers between airport, train, and road, and hold your places while the peak weeks fill. You approve each day with a tap; we flag every deposit and guard every deadline. High places, low friction — whichever season you come for.

A sample three days

Illustrative shape, not a booked plan — your real itinerary is built from your taste and what's actually open. We never present a draft as a reservation.

  1. Day 1

Day 1 — Arrive in the valley

A transfer up, a settle-in afternoon, and a first dinner booked in the village while the mountains turn pink.

  2. Day 2

Day 2 — A day on the mountain

Ski or hike by season, a hut lunch reserved for the view, and an easy evening back at your base.

  3. Day 3

Day 3 — Spa, then something special

A slow morning at the wellness, then a dinner worth the trip — chalet catering or a table held in advance.

Seasonal notes

Winter runs roughly December to April for skiing, with Christmas, New Year, and the February half-terms booking far ahead and holding deposits — plan those early. Summer, June to September, is for hiking, lakes, and via ferrata, with huts and refuges seasonal and worth reserving. The shoulder months of May and October are quiet, and many resorts and lifts close entirely; we tell you what's running for your dates before you build a plan around it.

Good to know

Which countries and resorts do you cover?

The Alpine arc — France, Switzerland, Austria, and the Italian Dolomites — from the big-name resorts to quieter valleys. We write to each venue in the local language.

Can you arrange ski school and a mountain guide?

Yes. We enquire with schools and guides for your dates and level, send the terms, and you approve before anything is booked.

Do you handle chalet catering or a private chef?

We do — we send your requests to caterers and chefs, confirm the details, and flag any deposit for you to pay directly.

How early should we book peak ski weeks?

As early as possible. Christmas, New Year, and half-term fill months ahead and hold deposits, so the sooner we write, the better your options.

Ready when you are.

Tell us the dates, the people, and the mood. We plan it, write to every venue, and guard every deadline. You do one thing: approve.

Voiaro drafts and executes; you approve every message and pay every deposit yourself, on the venue's own link. This page describes what we do in The Alps — it isn't a reservation.
